When I say fresh juice I am talking about juice that has been juiced right in front of you. Many health food stores sell this stuff when you can get a combination of vegetables  juiced right in front of you. This type of juice is one of the best things you can do for your health.

It is a very good idea to consume the vegetables as the freshly squeezed juice than eating it in the raw form, since in that way more nutrients are absorbed with less effort.


The most popular characteristic of the juices made of vegetables is that a lot of enzymes, which are very beneficial for the metabolism and digestion, are preserved. Also, they are very efficient in cleaning the blood from toxins and, in fact, cleansing all the organism from the unwanted and harmful stuff.


If you want to get some of the health benefits of fresh juice without committing to a juicer of your own, you can find a local juice bar in your area instead.  Just note that it is more cost-efficient to purchase your own juicer and produce if you plan to consume fresh juice on a regular basis.
